Full Job Description Warehouse Assistant Department:
Warehouse Position Overview The warehouse assistant works to manage, organize, and maintain our inventory. The warehouse assistant owns the inventory process from start to finish. Receiving the product as it arrives and accurately entering it into our inventory management system, iPoint. Additionally, each morning, preparing product for technicians and delivering it once it has been handed off. An excellent warehouse assistant maintains accurate counts, keeps the warehouse space workable and organized, and collaboratively works with others to get the product where it needs to go. This role is an excellent fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn about the electrical field. This position has multiple paths of career progression.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Take full ownership of the inventory Maintain systems that track the receiving and delivery of product Receive and deliver product in a timely manner
Collaboration:
Work with field staff to deliver the correct product and timely delivery in our inventory management system. Maintain a positive attitude and use clear communication skills with others when problem-solving. Represent the company's standards in every colleague interaction.

Detail:
Maintains a clean and organized space. Notes part numbers and quantities accurately Takes accurate inventory and utilizes organizational systems well Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records when receiving product. Following protocol and maintaining records when delivering product Taking inventory frequently to maintain accurate counts Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills with internal teams. Highly organized and motivated Good with systems and operations Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Professional appearance, high integrity, and reliability. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
