No SUMMARY The Warehouse Associate performs an array of functions that may include; order pulling, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking orders, packing and shipping orders, organizing and managing stock in the warehouse. Additional responsibilities may be included.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These are basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, other duties may also be assigned.

• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in product.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply order; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Maintain inventory controls by performing cycle counts.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Wear proper safety equipment.

• Data entry and computer skills may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Demands Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see. Able to lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Forklift Operation Certification is preferred.
