Job Description
Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate Job Overview Nexus Badminton & Sports is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help support daily warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfillment, inventory organization, and shipping processes. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a fast growing racquet sports company while developing operational and logistics experience. Duties Pack and ship ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently Organize shelves, warehouse inventory, and storage areas Receive and organize incoming shipments Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Support order fulfillment and shipping operations Assist with retail and operational tasks as needed Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily workflow Employees interested in learning racquet stringing may also receive additional training and compensation opportunities. Skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and efficiently Comfortable lifting boxes and handling inventory Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Basic computer skills preferred Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required Compensation $10/hour starting pay Additional pay available for employees interested in learning racquet stringing (Paid per racquet - Average is $25.5 per hour) Schedule Applicants must be available to start shifts at 2 PM Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling available outside of required weekday start times.
