Full Job Description The Opportunity Description Schedule:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 5 days a week including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. OT and weekend shift depending on the workload
What You'll Do :
Extract individual medical and specialized files from storage cartons, accurately identify required data fields, and index them into the proprietary client database. Maintain an exceptional, high-frequency data entry pace targeting 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with flawless accuracy. Carry storage cartons weighing 30-50 lbs from pallets to your computer workstation (approx. every 5-7 minutes, traveling up to 20 feet). Lift, stack, and lower document cartons from pallets ranging from heights of 13" to 45" to maintain an organized queue. Research complex records across multiple computer software systems and prepare physical documents for high-speed digital imaging. Perform rigorous Quality Control (QC) checks on entered data using double-key verification systems to ensure total precision. This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period, they may become available upon successful conversion to a permanent role. Experience Required for
Your Success What We're Looking For:
Prior experience handling data-intensive records—candidates with backgrounds in mortgage processing, legal document coding, or medical billing are highly successful in this role. Strong, verifiable computer proficiency with a proven ability to maintain high data entry speeds (KPH metrics). Physical ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs consistently throughout a 9-hour production shift Commitment to required facility safety standards, including wearing ASTM-rated protective safety toe footwear. Absolute dependability to work a standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift, with the flexibility for overtime and weekends based on project volume.
