Scope of Position This experienced and dependable individual, as part of the Materials/Stockroom team, will be responsible for ensuring accurate material flow, coordinating material availability, and supporting inventory accuracy to maintain uninterrupted production operations. This role builds on foundational skills with increased ownership and coordination responsibilities. This position reports to Stockroom Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Pull materials for job kits and production requirements Lead and organize material requisition pulling activities Issue job kits and materials accurately and track discrepancies Perform stocking and putaway with strong location accuracy Manage Kanban replenishment to support continuous flow Provide cross-functional backup support within stockroom operations Execute ERP transactions with accuracy for inventory tracking Verify kit availability and resolve shortages proactively Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Stockroom Supervisor or Company management Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Watts values: Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency
Travel Requirements:
Minimal to none Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience) 2+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience Basic math and computer skills Ability to obtain forklift certification Understanding of applicable safety, policies, and procedures Must successfully complete employment eligibility, background check, and pre-employment testing Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree preferred Experience with ERP/inventory systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience supporting production material flow General Applicable Company Competencies Commitment to Watts' values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency. Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Fort Worth location in Fort Worth, Texas. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
