$15.00 per hour Position Overview Cache House is seeking dependable and hardworking Night Shift Warehouse Associates to support a high-volume parcel sort operation within our warehouse facility. This role focuses on sorting, scanning, staging, and loading small parcels in a fast-paced environment with strict outbound deadlines. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well with a team, and can maintain productivity throughout an active night shift operation. Key Responsibilities Scan and sort small parcels into designated containers or pallet locations Load and unload parcels from trailers and carts Assist with staging outbound shipments for departure Maintain accurate sorting and labeling procedures Follow productivity and operational guidelines throughout the shift Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work alongside warehouse leadership and team members to meet nightly goals Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications Ability to stand and work for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Dependable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work evening and night shifts consistently Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic Prior warehouse or parcel handling experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Expectations Typical shift hours approximately 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM Weekend availability required Overtime may be available based on operational needs What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Individuals who can maintain pace and accuracy throughout the shift Strong work ethic and professionalism Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $15.00 per hour Overtime opportunities may be available Opportunity for advancement within a growing logistics operation Fast-paced and team-oriented work environment
