Role:

The CSR Dispatch/Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position is responsible for coordinating the dispatch of goods, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of shipments. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Basic computer skills, typing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with customer service and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the dispatch of products to ensure timely delivery to customers. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Prepare shipping documents and labels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
