Job Description

OnTrack Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Material Handler in Grapevine and Irving TX. Under general supervision, the material handler transfers/ships product to customer, repair center and other areas required. Assist other functions within the business unit when required. Must have cycle count and inventory experience.
Warehouse Associate/Material Handler Shift Grapevine:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm $16 hourly pay rate
Irving:
Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30 pm $15 hourly pay rate Warehouse Associate /•_
Material Handler Responsibilities/Duties:
•_ Proven ability and very knowledgeable to train others. Certified to operate all required material handling equipment. Proven ability to interface/negotiate with support groups. Gather/analyze data and maintain spreadsheets. Proven ability in trouble shooting problems to root cause resolution/validate and resolve cycle count issues. Physically transfers materials to assembly workstation, maintains bench stock and handles completed assemblies. Locates and transfers part shortages within the plant that may be required for completion of assemblies. Verifies and maintains stock documentation and shortage reports. May use computer applications to maintain accurate material flow transactions. Serve as an educator, communicator, and problem resolution link for all material handling issues. Works in a team to address and/or improve material handling issues. Identifies training needs and works with staff to ensure needs are consistently met. Ability to make objective data-based decisions. Strong process orientation and ability to understand, define, control, and improve processes.
Education/ Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 years' experience as a material handler. Has demonstrated proficiency in receiving, warehouse, or shipping. Strong process orientation and ability to understand, define, control, and improve processes. The typical physical demands include average lifting of equipment from 25 (10kg) to 50 (25kg) lbs.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
