This is the role for you! We are looking for individuals to: diagnose, repair, and refurbish a variety of gaming consoles to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. This role involves detailed technical work, including hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and quality testing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

1st Mon-Fri 5:40a-2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware issues in various gaming consoles, including but not limited to PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo systems. Perform software troubleshooting, including system updates, firmware installations, and error code resolutions. Disassemble and reassemble gaming consoles with precision and care, ensuring all components are properly secured and functional. Clean and refurbish consoles, controllers, and accessories to meet quality and aesthetic standards. Conduct comprehensive testing of repaired consoles to ensure full functionality and reliability. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and work performed in the company's tracking system. Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate supplies for ongoing operations. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a continuous improvement culture. Stay updated on the latest gaming technology trends, repair techniques, and manufacturer guidelines. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics, IT, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in electronic repair, particularly with gaming consoles. Passion for gaming and a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and handle gaming consoles and related equipment. Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a workstation. Fine motor skills for handling small components and tools. •
