This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse distribution processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, forklift operation, and order picking to support efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound parts from production, vendors, and freight carriers Verify part accuracy, quantity, and condition upon receipt Document and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies Prepare all outbound shipments for UPS, freight, local delivery, etc. Package parts properly to prevent damage during transit Generate shipping labels and upload tracking information Stage shipments in proper staging area Accurately record all shipping and receiving activity Maintain clear documentation Assist with locating parts or resolving inventory discrepancies when needed Experience Warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Experience in automotive, parts, or manufacturing environments is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to lift heavy parts and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable using computer systems and learning inventory software Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Experience operating forklifts, warehouse lift, and pallet jacks is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing team dedicated to operational excellence.
