Regional Manager Position overview The Shipping / Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for ensuring all outbound shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer and company requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to identify and correct errors before material leaves the facility. In addition to shipping responsibilities, this role will support receiving, inspections, packaging, inventory control, and general warehouse operations. Primary responsibility Shipping & Documentation
- Process all customer orders accurately in Stratix
- Ensure each job is fully processed and ready before shipment
- Print and apply the correct shipping labels to each shipment, ensuring labels match the correct order and destination
- Review all shipping paperwork, certifications, and supporting documents for accuracy
- Use IDC (Internal Document Control) within Stratix to review material certifications and verify all required documents, certifications, and material callouts are correct
- Verify billing is correct prior to shipment
- Identify mistakes or discrepancies in documentation, labeling, billing, or processing and correct them before shipment Shipment Coordination
- Monitor and respond to shipping-related emails in a timely manner
- Schedule outbound freight shipments with carriers
- Communicate with internal departments and carriers to ensure shipments move on schedule Warehouse Support
- Package materials and finished products according to shipping requirements
- Complete first article inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
- Assist with inventory control and material organization
- Maintain proper material identification: tags on material, correct material location throughout the warehouse Receiving Support
- Verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Ensure incoming material is properly identified and organized
- Complete QA200 receiving inspection forms
- Accurately count and measure incoming material to ensure it meets specifications Work Expectations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Stay productive and manage time effectively throughout the shift
- Be willing to assist in multiple departments as workload changes
- Demonstrate accountability, urgency, and attention to detail Be on your feet for extended periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
