Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our metal fabrication team. This position involves supporting various production and fabrication processes, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting skilled operators and fabricators as needed. Candidates should have prior experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, construction, industrial, or similar hands-on work environment and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities Assist with metal fabrication and production operations Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products Operate hand and power tools safely Grind, deburr, clean, and prepare metal parts for fabrication or finishing Support machine operators and welders as needed Package and stage completed products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and policies Perform other general labor duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Work Environment Industrial metal fabrication facility Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Benefits Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Paid holidays Career advancement opportunities Why Join Us?
