Job Summary:
The Warehouse Support is instrumental in the movement of in-coming and out-coming product. This role assists with receiving, allocating materials and billing (e.g., generators, parts and other products) within established policies and procedures of organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including the following. Transport incoming and outgoing materials and generators to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles, including but not limited to, hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, and/or pallet jack. Mark, sort and store materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures. Pick, pack, scan and ship materials and products. Process all packages for shipping utilizing UPS/FedEx and freight lines. Process returned merchandise. Assist with physical inventory counts, allocations and invoicing. Replenish stock from back-up locations as needed. Drive Company vehicle to vendor locations to pick up parts and other equipment. Drive Company vehicle to customer locations to deliver parts and other equipment. Maintain a safe, clean working environment. Light janitorial duties including sweeping floors, emptying trash and restroom cleaning. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience/Education/Skills:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a similar industry. Forklift operator certification. Proficient in shipping system (e.g., FedEx) Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office 360 and other Microsoft products/systems. Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn new systems quickly and train/support team in adoption.

Must frequently lift and /or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; over 40 pounds must be a team lift or utilize the appropriate tool to assist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to regularly talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
