REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of recent warehouse or distribution experience Ability to stand 8-12 hours, repetitive lift 50lbs, and walk extensively Ability to push & pull product around Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Ability to perform hard, physical work throughout the entire shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
High School Diploma or GED Environment:
Fast-paced environment Diverse and inclusive team environment with employees from a variety of backgrounds and experiences Physically demanding warehouse environment with dust, dirt, and debris
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay:
$19.06/hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift ~ Monday to Friday, 3PM-1130PM OT may be required depending on client business needs Temp-to-Perm Opportunity, W2

ASAP ROLE IMPACT
Plays a critical role in supporting high-volume mail and parcel operations within a postage processing facility Ensures materials are moved efficiently, accurately, and safely to maintain production schedules and delivery commitments Success in this role requires reliability, physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in a demanding warehouse environment Job Duties Load, unload, sort, stage, and transport mail trays, parcels, and postage materials throughout the facility Prepare materials for processing, shipment, and distribution according to operational procedures Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Maintain organized work areas and accurate material counts to support workflow efficiency Meet production goals while following all safety, security, and quality standards
