Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay rate: $19.66/hr Role Overview BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our customer's warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Utilize RF handheld scanners to process inventory and orders Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy Verify part numbers and lot numbers to ensure proper tracking and compliance Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Prepare outgoing shipments and package materials for delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow established safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals Support general warehouse operations as needed QualificationsRequired Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience Experience with order picking, packing, and fulfillment Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures Experience using RF handheld scanners Strong attention to detail, especially when working with part numbers and lot numbers Ability to meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience or certification Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits Familiarity with inventory control systems Previous experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch Comfortable working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment Ability to safely handle packages and materials throughout the workday Contract Details Start Date:
