Duties Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely. Handle materials with care during stocking, packing, and order fulfillment to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency and improve overall warehouse operations. Perform heavy lifting as required while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury. Support manufacturing or construction-related activities as needed involving heavy equipment operation or materials handling. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge or experience with packaging machinery can be beneficial. Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and manual labor consistently. Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while working in a fast-paced environment.
