Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move stock safely and efficiently Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update stock records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using picking & packing techniques to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels Support e-commerce order fulfillment by ensuring timely processing of online orders using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Skills Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution environments Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements Knowledge of packaging techniques suitable for various products to ensure safe transportation Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, picking & packing tasks Capable of load & unload operations with safety awareness and adherence to protocols
