Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate will assist with receiving and preparing shipments, including but not limited to, unloading products from containers and trucks, processing and tagging incoming inventory, and organizing products in designated storage areas. Additional responsibilities include breaking down extra pallets, sorting inventory, maintaining accurate inventory level and records, and supporting shipping operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to take initiative and effectively communicate with team members. This position also requires the ability to perform additional manual labor tasks as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Update and maintain inventory systems Book and create UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipments and documents in accordance with carrier regulations and standards Monitor merchandise leaving the warehouse Process insurance claims with carriers for damaged shipments as needed Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization Perform receiving, loading, and unloading containers and trucks Provide customer service support regarding shipping and product-related inquiries Maintain accurate inventory records and control Read, pull, and prepare customer orders accurately Pull and ship all small package orders daily Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Work effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in high-pressure situations Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Excellent math, verbal, and communication skills Familiarity with inventory software and ability to upload data into company systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Requirements Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs without any assistance Must be able to perform physical warehouse duties including bending, lifting, and moving inventory Forklift operating experience required Previous warehouse experience preferred
