Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our Katy location to support inventory auditing and general warehouse operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the warehouse is organized and efficient. The shift will be M - F from 2 pm to 10 pm. Key Responsibilities Conduct inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy Verify incoming and outgoing shipments Organize and maintain warehouse stock Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed Keep the warehouse clean and organized Follow company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous warehouse or inventory experience needed Previous experience using a forklift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and hardworking Preferred Skills Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse software Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices Work Conditions Warehouse environment with physical labor Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required Evening shift: 2 PM - 10 PM, Monday through Friday Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO)
