Truck Loader

The Truck Loader loads bulk materials with moderate supervision and increased responsibility. This role includes documenting loads, troubleshooting minor issues, and assisting in quality control during the loading process. Conduct daily tasks, assign work, communicate with crew/customers, maintain safety, product quality, and housekeeping.

Perform supervisory tasks:

coordinate breaks, train new employees, troubleshoot systems, enforce policies, and ensure safety compliance. Lead crew in start-up, operation, and shutdown of equipment and facility systems. Operate truck loading/unloading systems and automated control programs; guide truck movement using signals. Perform maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and debris removal. Report facility status and bin levels to management; participate in daily safety briefings and thorough shift changeovers. Observe, report, and troubleshoot potential operational or safety hazards. Complete paperwork accurately and completely; check for paperwork accuracy. Additional duties as assigned High school diploma and general education diploma (GED Required. High level of safety and quality. Ability to multi-task at a fast-pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.).
