Full-time Are you ready to take your career to new heights with ProTrans, a leading logistics provider? We're looking for a Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near our center, cross dock, trailers, yard, or work site.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will perform tasks such as: Reading work orders or following oral instructions to determine the materials or containers to be moved. Receiving items for shipment, inspecting them for identity, quantity, condition, and damage, and segregating items requiring special handling. Loading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or using a forklift or other equipment. Completing receiving and shipping documents accurately using a scan gun per ProTrans specifications. Storing inbound and outbound cargo awaiting processing or onward movement. Stacking or assembling materials into bundles and banding them together as directed. Following all safety procedures and contributing to a safer workplace.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or cross-dock environment preferred

Skills:

Ability to operate a Forklift/Hi-Lo, excellent verbal and written communication skills What You'll Need for

Strong communication and follow-up skills A positive attitude and the ability to multitask Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing work demands A team-player mindset and enjoyment of a collaborative work environment Comfort working in the third-party logistics environment
