Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to ensure safe handling of goods Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision to meet strict deadlines Maintain organized storage areas and assist with inventory counts as needed Load outgoing shipments onto trucks safely and efficiently, coordinating with shipping & receiving teams for timely dispatches Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and ensure proper packaging standards are met for all shipments Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as organizing pallets, managing order picking processes, and supporting e-commerce fulfillment operations

Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures Valid forklift certification along with experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks safely Skilled in order picking & packing techniques to optimize accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and packaging requirements Experience with loading and unloading operations using various material handling equipment in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including stocking, order picking, and e-commerce logistics Strong attention to detail and ability to handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work extended periods in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment Must have own tools and essential equipment required to perform daily job duties This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in warehousing.
