Duties Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet quality standards. Support the setup and organization of workstations on the assembly line to ensure continuous production flow. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing floor, warehouse, and work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials in accordance with warehouse procedures. Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment. Warehouse experience including material handling, inventory management, or shipping/receiving is desirable. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
