We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader Operator to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader and forklift to load and move landscape materials such as stone, soil, mulch, and gravel. You'll work closely with our yard staff and customers to ensure quick, accurate, and safe loading of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate front-end loader and forklift to load materials into customer vehicles and company trucks Move materials throughout the yard and maintain clean and organized product bins Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues Assist with yard maintenance and inventory organization as needed Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site

Requirements:

Previous experience operating a loader or heavy equipment is required Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable transportation and punctuality Must be able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to pass a

Pre-Employment Drug Screening Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in landscaping, construction, or a similar field Familiarity with bulk landscape materials Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
