Shipping/warehouse clerk No felonies Temp to perm. Mon-Fri 8-5 We use NetSuite but the warehouse isn't currently. Must be able to read, write, add, subtract, recognize numbers. Need to have steel toed shoes in case they need to back up production. We provide uniforms after 30 days. Pass a drug test and we do random drug tests for all employees. Must be able to lift 5-gallon pails of product repeatedly; some weigh 50 to 75 pounds. We offer medical, dental and life insurance after 60 days. We have an employee profit sharing plan and offer PTO (vacation & sick time) after 1 year of employment. We have a handbook now and try to follow it. Here are the duties of the position: Manage the inventory stock by keeping accurate counts, ordering stock when needed (sales manager will work with the person on this) Confirm stock for customer orders and process paperwork Complete freight BOL paperwork and contact carrier to pick up pallets Package and process UPS and USPS orders Make deliveries when needed- negotiable as they would have to be approved by our insurance company Turn in all paperwork for the office to process Confirm all truck order are ready for the delivery and all necessary paperwork is prepared Label 1-gallon boxes, put away and rotate stock

- coming from production Assist Finishing crew with label duties when necessary Put away and rotate 5-gallon stock coming from production Palletize, wrap and label orders for freight and delivery on our trucks Pull and load truck for Norris's deliveries, assist with deliveries when needed Assist Finishing crew when needed Pull and deliver to plant pick-up customers Receive and organize incoming deliveries to warehouse Load and unload trucks for deliveries Keep track of maintenance on the forklifts Maintain inventory of shipping supplies, including ordering of pallets Safely operate forklift Assist with unloading of the drum order Occasionally rotate empty drums, and bring them in for Finishing Crew Open and close the warehouse, gates, and trailers daily Sweep and empty trash to keep the warehouse clean Sweep FG Warehouse every Friday Recycle cardboard as needed Any other things that need to be done
