General Labor McAllen, TX Pay:
$10.00-$13.00/hr Full-Time | Overtime Available Express Employment Professionals is hiring dependable General Labor Associates for multiple cold storage warehouse facilities in the McAllen area. Openings are available in produce distribution, poultry processing, and product packing environments. Candidates must be comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures and performing physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Pack, sort, label, and palletize products for shipment Load and unload materials and inventory Inspect products for quality and accuracy Prepare customer orders and assist with shipping duties Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all warehouse safety, sanitation, and company procedures Assist with general production and warehouse support tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, production, or cold storage experience preferred but not required Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold storage environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work overtime and weekends when required How to
