Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our customers, ensuring timely and professional delivery of goods while maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Your enthusiasm for customer service, combined with your ability to handle physical tasks and operate various equipment, will help us deliver exceptional service and streamline our logistics process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your driving skills and warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle for route driving and delivery of products to customers' locations. Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper handling of items. Provide excellent customer service by delivering products professionally, answering questions, and addressing customer needs on-site. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs, receipts, and route sheets. Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock organization, and moving supplies within the facility. Follow all safety protocols during driving, loading, unloading, and warehouse activities to prevent accidents or damage. Support route planning to optimize delivery efficiency and ensure timely arrivals at each stop. Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles. Warehouse experience involving load & unload activities, forklift operation, or pallet jack use is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) or driver certification is a plus. Familiarity with route driving, load securing, and vehicle maintenance routines. Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
