What You'll Do:

Operate Sit-down Forklifts (75% of the time) + order pickers/high reach depending on location Load and unload trailers, verify pallet/case counts, and complete trailer inspections Accurately pick orders (full pallets and units), label and record critical data (item #, lot #, quantity) Keep your work area clean — sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep Follow SOPs and safety procedures to the letter Clock in/out using Paylocity and meet daily deadlines Flexible across shifts, locations, weekends, and overtime — when needed, we hustle together

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

1+ year experience in warehouse, packaging, or forklift operations Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance/equipment Great communication, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude Comfortable using basic tech (Microsoft Office, Paylocity, etc.) Authorized to work in the U.S.
