Winston Water Cooler is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Midland, TX team. This position supports warehouse operations and customer deliveries through material handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and the safe operation of a non-CDL delivery vehicle. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and providing excellent service to customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, and delivered while helping support the day-to-day operations of our branch. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive a non-CDL company truck to transport materials to customer locations and job sites while following all traffic laws and company safety requirements. Complete multiple deliveries throughout the day, safely navigating customer facilities, construction sites, and congested areas. Load, unload, and secure materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming inventory using scanners, computer systems, and manual logs. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment and customer pickup. Store inventory in an organized, labeled, and accessible manner throughout the warehouse. Verify inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy investigations. Maintain records related to inventory movement, stock usage, and damaged materials. Inspect vehicles, equipment, and materials for wear or defects and report concerns to management. Keep warehouse, storage areas, delivery vehicles, and equipment clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies, work procedures, and customer site requirements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds or more occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including on uneven surfaces. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal instructions. Sound judgment and the ability to solve routine problems independently. Basic computer skills required. Forklift experience preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate. Experience with Epicor Eclipse software is a plus but not required. Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, distribution, or supply house experience is helpful but not required. WHY THIS ROLE IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY
