This role is essential to maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable using warehouse equipment, tools, and performing general maintenance and handywork when needed. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a strong plus. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately check in incoming inventory. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval. Load, unload, and move merchandise safely throughout the warehouse and retail store. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment. Assist with assembling fixtures, displays, shelving, and other warehouse projects. Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and general handywork around the warehouse and retail facility as needed. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to move and stage large merchandise and seasonal displays. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Assist with special projects and warehouse improvements as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience preferred. Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience is highly desirable. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and performing basic maintenance or handywork is a plus. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, climbing ladders, and navigating stairs throughout the workday.
