Warehouse Worker!! Job Description This role supports efficient production and shipping operations by receiving, inspecting, and stocking materials, assembling kits, and preparing items for delivery to internal teams. You will help maintain accurate inventory, organize warehouse stock, and contribute to a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and components, inspect them for accuracy and quality, and verify accompanying documentation. Stock incoming materials and components in designated locations to support production and shipping workflows. Assemble and organize kits by accurately picking, sorting, and packaging required parts and materials according to production requirements. Pick and prepare items for delivery to production teams, ensuring orders are complete and correctly labeled. Perform packing and packaging tasks to prepare items for shipment, following established procedures and standards. Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials. Assist with inventory activities by organizing stock, identifying discrepancies, and helping maintain accurate inventory levels. Help stock shelves and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse space. Perform general labor tasks within the warehouse as needed to support daily operations. Essential Skills Experience with packing and packaging tasks in a warehouse or similar environment. Experience with inventory-related activities such as stocking, organizing, and tracking materials. Experience with picking and preparing items for production or shipping. Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including handling incoming and outgoing materials. Ability to perform general labor duties in a warehouse setting. High school diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail when inspecting, picking, and packaging materials. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse tasks and support different workflows as needed. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
