In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and keep our operations running seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes. Duties Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize stock efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management system (WMS) software to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Stock shelves and organize inventory in accordance with warehouse distribution standards. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and verifying order accuracy through order picker tasks. Manage shipping & receiving processes by inspecting inbound/outbound goods, recording data in AS400 or MRP systems, and coordinating with carriers. Support warehouse distribution operations by loading/unloading trucks and ensuring timely delivery schedules are met. Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular inspections of equipment and storage areas. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing processes. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items regularly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently.
