Warehouse Assistant 2 NEX Patterson-UTI United States, Texas, Moore 9029 Seventy Seven Dr. (Show on map) May 29, 2026 Under the supervision of the SCM Distribution and Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator 2 is responsible for the receipt, storage, security, and issuance of materials and supplies from operating inventory. This position ensures all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and supports physical inventory processes. The role includes coordinating with operations teams to manage inventory levels, conducting routine audits, and ensuring materials are available to support field operations. The Warehouse Coordinator 2 plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing loss, and supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Knowledge of well-servicing and drilling materials and equipment
Working knowledge of inventory control practices and principles
Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ability to operate inventory control systems
Ability to receive, verify, and document incoming shipments
Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain secure inventory areas
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Effective communication skills and ability to work with operations teams Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED
3 years of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience
Forklift certification required
Ability to perform physical labor in a warehouse environment Preferred Certifications Additional certifications related to inventory management or warehouse operations Additional Details (Working Conditions & Physical Demands) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Medium work:
frequent physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Work performed both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to varying environmental conditions including noise, dust, fumes, and temperature changes. Potential exposure to moving machinery, vehicles, and other operational hazards. Requires repetitive hand movements, reaching, bending, and climbing. Extended shifts may be required.
