WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE LOCATION PAY SCHEDULE TYPE
New Caney, TX $15-$17 / hr DOE Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm Full-Time Why Join NCB? New Caney Beverage, Inc. (NCB) is a beverage manufacturer with a world-class production facility and installation in New Caney, Texas. This is a ground-floor opportunity on a small, fast-moving team where your work makes a visible impact every single day.
Competitive pay:
$15-$17/hr contingent on experience Consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities Small team environment where your contributions are seen and valued Be part of building something from the ground up What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and packaging supplies Operate forklifts to move materials between the warehouse, production floor, and shipping docks Pick, stage, and prepare finished goods for outbound shipment Maintain FIFO inventory rotation and accurate records of all material movements Perform daily forklift pre-operation inspections Support production by staging materials per the daily production schedule Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety (GMP) standards Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories Participate and complete necessary regulatory training to maintain compliance with all operations What We're Looking For Requirement Details Experience 2+ years in a warehouse environment (manufacturing, distribution, or food/beverage preferred) Forklift Current forklift operator certification required, must provide proof Education High school diploma or GED English and Spanish Reading and Writing Skills Capable of operating basic computer tasks Physical Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand/walk 8+ hours, work in varying temperatures Bonus Points Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing warehouse Familiarity with inventory systems (ERP, WMS, barcode scanning) OSHA certification or safety training Bilingual English/Spanish How to Apply Send your resume to Manuel at manuel@psrbrands.com .
