Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and procedures Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Health, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, + Supplemental insurance, PTO, Holidays, Matching 401(k) We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. •High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
