We are hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate & Wire Cutter at our GVH Diversified, LLC location in Odessa, TX. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, dependability, and getting the job done right. What You Will Do You will play an active role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and our customers taken care of. Here is a look at what your days will include: Receive inbound product, prepare slots and PO paperwork, and ensure correct quantities are slotted both physically and in the system. Pick and build customer orders using pick lists and picking software, then palletize, shrink wrap, and load trailers for delivery. Measure and cut wire to specified lengths using manual and automated cutting tools, inspecting materials and verifying precision against customer specifications. Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and wire cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Perform daily slot replenishment, down stacking, and cross dock activities so the team can keep orders moving. Cross train across receiving, order selecting, and wire cutting and flex into whichever function the day requires. Keep the warehouse and wire cutting area clean, organized, and safe, including routine maintenance on cutting tools and equipment. Perform cycle counts, assist with the annual physical inventory, and keep accurate records of materials used. Communicate with supervisors about any shortages, overages, damaged product, or equipment issues. Follow every company safety policy, every shift. What We Are Looking For 18 years of age or older. 1 year of warehouse experience. 1 year of forklift or hand truck operation experience. 1 year of wire cutting or relatable experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking is a plus. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English relating to job and safety regulations. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). Strong attention to detail, precision, and a team-first attitude. Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay physically active throughout the shift.
