In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a MUST Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic computer skills for inventory management systems Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure Join our team as an Order Picker and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality products!
