Join us in shaping the future of industrial and hydraulic solutions! Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Welders and assist in their preparation. This role is responsible for preparing hose assemblies, fittings, and metal components for welding by cutting, cleaning, organizing, staging, and inspecting materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare metal components, fittings, and hose assemblies for welding operations Cut, clean, grind, deburr, and stage materials according to work orders and specifications Organize and transport materials between warehouse, production, and welding areas Verify parts, quantities, and measurements prior to fabrication Assist with assembly and light production tasks as needed Maintain inventory of welding preparation materials and supplies Perform quality checks to ensure components meet specifications before welding Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and material handling when required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or fabrication experience preferred Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions Comfortable using measuring tools, hand tools, grinders, and other preparation equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment Familiarity with hydraulic hose products, fittings, or assemblies Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, or micrometers Forklift experience or certification Work Environment Warehouse and manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and production equipment Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Repetitive use of hands and arms Ability to safely handle materials and operate warehouse equipment Echelon Supply and Service provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
