Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse/manufacture/ distribution processes. Your proactive approach will help us achieve optimal order fulfillment, accurate stock control. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling—all while contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused environment. First Shift pay $15.00hr Second Shift pay $16.50hr Responsibilities Handle materials with care during packaging/unpackaging, stocking, heavy lifting, and materials handling tasks while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Use warehouse management systems to track Able to use hand and power tools warehouse associate responsibilities include general labor Order pulling efficiently stack and store merchandise Accurate pack of products Material handling Picking/Packing products Assembly using hand and power tools Manufacturing background a plus Collaborate with team members on load & unload operations and ensure the safe operation of all heavy equipment used in manufacturing or construction-related tasks. Requirements Proven warehouse experience at least 1-2yrs Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms for order processing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and materials handling. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy. Willingness to learn is essential.
