This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced setting while meeting operational deadlines. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and delivery documents Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or other discrepancies and report issues promptly Organize, label, and store inventory in assigned warehouse locations Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time Load and unload products and materials safely Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and cycle counts Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations Help monitor shipping schedules and support on-time delivery performance Follow company safety procedures, warehouse standards, and operational policies Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or higher required Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations preferred Experience in B2B wholesale or distribution is a plus Basic computer skills for inventory systems, order processing, and shipping documentation Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Required Skills Inventory handling and stock organization Order picking and packing Shipping and receiving Time management Attention to detail Safety awareness Teamwork and dependability What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time stable employment Training and growth opportunities Supportive team environment Benefits package available based on company policy How to Apply If you are dependable, organized, and ready to contribute to a growing B2B wholesale operation, we encourage you to apply today.
