Rosenberg, TX 77471 The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and chemical reagents throughout the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials, chemicals, solvents, reagents, and packaging components against purchase orders and Bills of Lading. Inspect containers for damage, leaks, label integrity, and proper DOT/GHS hazard labeling; quarantine and report any non-conforming materials immediately. Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment; secure loads and verify trailer conditions prior to release. Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment; verify quantities, lot numbers, and product labels against customer orders and shipping documents. 2+ years in a manufacturing environment or warehouse facility Capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis Able to work on feet for extended period Ability to follow direction High school diploma/GED preferred Experience operating fork lift, motorized and hand trucks Ability to work 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with overtime
