Quarry Laborer Palletizing & Material Handling

We are hiring Quarry Laborers for a fast-paced stone yard operation. This position is focused on palletizing rock, stacking material, and heavy manual labor in an outdoor quarry environment. This is a physically demanding role and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable performing repetitive lifting and working on their feet all day.

Primary Duties:

Stack and palletize stone and rock materials by hand Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day Sort, organize, and stage materials for shipment Maintain clean and safe work areas in the quarry Assist with loading/unloading materials Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions Physical Requirements (Critical for Role): Must be able to lift, carry, and stack 50-80 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for 8-10 hours per day Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, weather) Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent work pace

Work Environment:

Outdoor quarry / stone yard Exposure to dust, uneven ground, and heavy materials Hot Texas temperatures and changing weather conditions

Minimum Qualifications:

No experience required - training provided Must be reliable and show up ready to work Must follow directions and work as part of a team Transportation to job site required

Pay:

From $15.50 per hour
