N/A POSITION SUMMARY
: Demonstrates Goodwill's Core Values through actions and behaviors. Maintains trash, recycle and levels of raw product at workstations. Monitors product flow to maintain placement and movement of gaylords and bins to and from workstat6ions by using pallet jacks, flatbeds or dollies.

QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Must be able to follow verbal instructions Relate appropriately and positively with co-workers Must be able to safely handle, lift and carry items Maneuver carts and containers filled with clothing and materials Must be able to work with little direct supervision Stooping and bending required Standing for extended periods of time Successfully completes required training Some weekend work required
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
(E) - Essential function of job duties Adhere to and promote Goodwill's performance standards and Core Values. Foster a positive team environment. (E) Safely move bale gaylords to salvage. (E) Maintain workstations with full bins and gaylords or product throughout the day (E) Maintain full bins in staging area (E) Maintain empty bins for donation door (E) Transport goods within warehouse in a safe manner using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, racks.) Gain coworkers assistance as needed (E) Transport E-Comm items to designated area (E) Report issues and potential issues to your supervisor in a timely manner (E) Keep workstations clean remove waste timely (E) Communicate appropriately and positively with co-workers and others Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
