If so, we may have the opportunity for you. Service Uniform is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Order Room Production Associate to join our production team. This position plays a critical role in preparing, organizing, and processing customer garment orders while ensuring accuracy and quality every step of the way. What You'll Be Doing Receive, inspect, and organize incoming garments Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently Apply emblems, perform basic garment alterations, and make minor repairs Inspect garments for quality, appearance, and customer specifications Sort, classify, and restock inventory by size, style, and color Utilize scanning equipment and production systems to track orders Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Assist in multiple workstations through cross-training opportunities What to Expect This is a production-focused position in a working industrial laundry facility.

You will:

Be on your feet for most of the shift Frequently walk, reach, bend, push, pull, and handle garments Work in a fast-paced environment with daily production goals Handle both clean and worn customer garments Work in a warehouse setting that may experience hot or cold temperatures depending on the season Learn multiple functions within the department through cross-training What Success Looks Like Successful team members: Consistently meet daily production and quality expectations Maintain attention to detail while working efficiently Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality Follow established processes and procedures Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn multiple job functions Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, retail, or laundry experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the day Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures A Realistic Job Preview This position is ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work and prefers staying busy throughout the day.
