Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and technician job preparation. This position plays a key role in ensuring field technicians and install teams, have the correct equipment, parts, and supplies needed to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple tasks throughout the day. What You Will Do Prepare daily technician stock and job orders Stage equipment, parts, and materials for scheduled jobs Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Track and update inventory, van stock, tank logs, and freon logs Receive, inspect, and label incoming equipment and parts Process warranties and supplier returns Update job and inventory notes in Service Titan and Monday.com Ensure technicians complete required paperwork for returns and warranties Coordinate equipment and parts with office scheduling staff Stock warehouse supplies, drinks, and ice for field staff Remove trash, boxes, and maintain housekeeping standards Assist with ordering warehouse and job materials as needed What We're Looking For
