Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. The Warehouse Worker plays a critical part in ensuring efficient distribution processes and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (6AM to 3:30PM)
Pay Rate:
$16
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in the receiving, stocking, and organizing of inventory items. Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Receive incoming shipments, inspecting them for accuracy and damages. Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and loading/unloading trucks as necessary. Assist in maintaining quality standards by inspecting products for damages or defects during receiving and stocking processes. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining equipment. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receiving, shipping, and stock adjustments. Assist in generating reports as needed. Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. Work Experience Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation. Must be able to learn our processes and work efficiently in both; ASANA systems.
