This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing orders, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments. Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or discrepancies. Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (as certified and required). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Assist with returns, warranty items, and product transfers as needed. Collaborate with warehouse team members, sales staff, and operations personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment. Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management systems or warehouse software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
