In this role, you will be at the heart of the logistics process, managing the flow of materials and products with precision and care. Your expertise in warehouse distribution and forklift operation will help maintain efficiency and safety while meeting customer needs.

Duties:

Operate various equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory accurately and ensure timely order picking. Execute shipping and receiving processes, verifying all inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy. Conduct heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a warehouse setting or similar A background in construction or construction material handling is a plus but not required. Proficiency in operating forklifts (sit down and stand up). Experience with order picking techniques and materials handling best practices. Ability to lift heavy objects safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout shifts. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (you will be pulling material from the yard). Must pass background and drug screen. Must be able to wear steel toe shoes/metatarsals for 8-12 hours a day.

$17/hr (healthy increase once hired on)

Hours:

M-F 7:30am-5:00pm Trainings on Tuesdays at 6:45 AM.
