Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company seeking an Information Technology (IT) Warehouse Logistics Technician. This position will perform tasks associated with IT warehouse operations to include (but not be limited to) asset tracking, asset accountability, accepting and documenting deliveries from various third-party shipping companies, and prepping hardware for turn-in. Members of this team support the U.S. Military personnel at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
A successful candidate for this position will be able to successfully complete the following: Monitor purchase/delivery orders to ensure timely delivery of products Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory Maintain files on equipment procured and scheduled deliveries Review receiving reports and coordinate shipments to Defense Health Agency (DHA) Information Technology Management Division (ITMD) customers. Prioritize workload based on customer's requested delivery dates Submit daily shipping reports or any other documentation to Defense Health Agency (DHA), METC, ITMD Warehouse manager Attend daily/weekly conference calls with vendors, and

Minimum Requirements:
Logistics Warehouse experience is preferred IT or technical hardware experience is preferred Ability to lift IT related equipment, averaging 10 to 20 pounds, but up to 50+ pounds Experience operating forklift Strong proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products. Basic computer skills typing and entry Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize complex tasks Ability to manage and coordinate high-priority short- and long-term projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to frequently push, squat, bend and reach overhead Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team environment U.S. Citizenship required Ability to self-organize, balance workload, complete tasks on time (without reminders), proactively seek out assignments, and offer improvements to client delivery Must be willing and able to work onsite, 8-hour shifts between 0700 to 1600 (or 0600 to 1500)
Required Technical/Business Tools Experience:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Communication Tools (Teams, SharePoint)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working as a federal contractor or employee Secret Clearance preferred but not required Forklift license preferred but not required Interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers verbally and in writing Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Physical Demands:
Ability to effectively communicate in English, including talking and hearing Ability to lift IT related equipment, averaging 10 to 20 pounds, but up to 50+ pounds
