We specialize in large, custom, portable pump packages, and our products are renowned for their performance, serviceability, and built-in quality. We proudly serve thousands of customers from our global headquarters in Vancouver, Washington and our new manufacturing factory in Houston, Texas. Use your logistics expertise and be part of handling a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment. You will support the daily operations to ensure essential parts availability to our fabrication and assembly team, material handling and so on. You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those responsibilities are fulfilled and goals are met. This is a full-time position located in Spring, Texas. You will report to the Materials Manager. Responsibilities Pull parts kits and different bolts / small items from the warehouse and prepare for the assemblers. Organize received parts and pieces in the warehouse. Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries Label every product and place them accordingly Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory Handle returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance Convey purchasing requirements and keep data on the availability of products in short supply General shop clean-up and organization. Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products Qualifications High school Diploma or GED equivalent. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Employees must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally move objects weighing up to 100 pounds; however, any lift over 50 pounds requires a team lift or mechanical assistance. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to vibrations. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
